Sustainable Energy Plans (SEP) establish a strategy to improve energy consumption at the regional level and reduce CO2 emissions. Prior to their development, a detailed energy consumption inventory is necessary, identifying priority sectors and measures to be implemented.
Development of sustainability diagnoses and strategies for municipalities, as well as environmental impact assessments (EIA) or other sustainable management projects (waste management plans, landfill design, etc.).
Creation of “Smart City” development strategies that integrate sustainability, technology and data processing concepts, including urban and regional management, aiming at the improvement of existing infrastructures.
Development of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations to assess local microclimate conditions: temperature, wind speed or shadow areas. This modelling provides data for local planning and for identifying discomfort or risk areas.
We carry out climate change-associated natural risk assessments. In addition, we develop strategies aimed at obtaining answers to challenges such as: construction project recommendations, resilience planning, infrastructure and urban measures to mitigate climate change effects.
