This project consisted in the development of a study of the winds of the exterior areas of the project, as a result of its location and the impact of currents of significant speed. A survey of comfort conditions was carried out and solutions for improvement were identified.

 

Definition of strategic guidelines that ensure the passive performance of the masterplan. This included the recommendation of areas and volumes for the implementation of buildings, infrastructure, accesses and equipment, as well as proposals for activities and solutions capable of promoting the ecological value of the site.
