  • The Development of ESG Indicators in Portugal has known a great development in recent years:

    • The Portuguese DL 89/2017 transposed Community Directive 2014/95/EU, called the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD), which provides that companies with more than 500 employees have to disclose non-financial information and information on diversity;
    • The Portuguese Commercial Companies Law requires the disclosure of financial statements and annual reports; ;
