The Corkworks project consists of the conversion of an old industrial complex with several buildings into a modern office campus, where the goal is to maintain some industrial aesthetics, thus recalling the existing buildings and their previous occupation. The project is therefore a mix between new construction and a major renovation of the existing infrastructure. In addition to its main use as office space, the site also aims at a mixed-use typology, including outdoor spaces, food and beverages, commercial areas, etc. As the complex includes several buildings that share the same location, the project is looking for a LEED Campus Approach, where all buildings will have individual LEED certification.
